Travelling Chef Series, Episode 5

Chef Christopher and Martina Kostow recently traveled to Bangkok, Thailand to participate in Episode 5 of the Siri Sala “Travelling Chefs Series”. Chef Kostow showcased an elevated menu reflective of his style of cooking while paying homage to Martina’s Thai family and community. The Siri Sala home came together to create an evening filled with caroling, conversation, and the opportunity to support foundations for refugees, at risk youth and local schools.
